At HĪKOI, we create refined products built for movement and transition. This policy applies to all customers globally and operates alongside any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under local consumer laws.

Where those laws apply, products are guaranteed to be:

  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us with your order details and supporting images
  • We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with applicable law

Depending on the issue, we will:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item
  • Offer a refund where required

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Where accepted:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange unless a refund is required under applicable law
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalised or custom-made products

Returns Process

  1. Email returns@hikoiworld.co.nz with order details
  2. Await return approval
  3. Return using a tracked courier

Items remain your responsibility until received by HĪKOI.
